Watch-outs

Different airports. You fly out of Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) but land at Istanbul Airport (IST), ~80 km apart. If the car is parked at SAW, someone needs a taxi across the city late at night (estimated in the budget). Alternative: park near IST instead and drive to SAW on day 1.
Late return ferry. You land at 22:10 and reach the car around midnight. Check whether a Bursa ferry still runs then; if not, driving home via the Osmangazi Bridge and highway works but adds tolls.
29 October is a public holiday. The afternoon of 28 October is a half-day holiday, so expect heavy traffic and busy ferries that evening. Book the return ferry in advance.
Baggage. Each ticket includes 15 kg. His belongings from service may be heavier; the family's allowance can be shared, or add extra kg online (cheaper than at the airport).
Hotel breakfast. Ask Moonlight Apart whether breakfast is included; if yes, remove that line from the budget.
